Small Business Administration related to Disaster Loan Assistance:
Economic Injury Disaster Loan
The SBA’s Economic Injury Disaster Loan program provides small businesses with working capital loans of up to $2 million that can provide vital economic support to small businesses to help overcome the temporary loss of revenue they are experiencing. The loan advance will provide economic relief to businesses that are currently experiencing a temporary loss of revenue. Funds will be made available within three days of a successful application, and this loan advance will not have to be repaid.

Economic Injury Disaster Loan ADVANCE
In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, small business owners in all U.S. states, Washington D.C., and territories are eligible to apply for an Economic Injury Disaster Loan advance of up to $10,000.

Paycheck Protection Program
The Paycheck Protection Program is a loan designed to provide a direct incentive for small businesses to keep their workers on the payroll. SBA will forgive loans if all employees are kept on the payroll for eight weeks and the money is used for payroll, rent, mortgage interest, or utilities. The Paycheck Protection Program will be available through June 30, 2020.

GMRC Revolving Loan Fund:
The Georgia Mountains Regional Commission Revolving Loan Fund can make loans to companies for purposes that include: acquisition and improvement of real estate; the purchase of machinery; equipment or inventory; and working capital. Terms and conditions will vary with each loan application and are based on a review of the collateral, finances, and market risk associated with each request.
Eligibility Requirements
Revolving Loan Fund Program monies are available to businesses of all sizes that are located in the following counties: Banks, Dawson, Franklin, Habersham, Hall, Hart, Lumpkin, Rabun, Stephens, White, Towns and Union
· Applicant must attempt to secure conventional financing before applying. Must show proof of denial from conventional financier
· The GMRC RLF Program can provide 100% financing with collateral approved by loan committee
· Funds can be used for gap financing when a bank is the first lien holder
· Owner must have a 10% equity stake in the project
· Applicant generally to provide one (1) job for each $15,000 borrowed
Loan Amounts and Criteria: The minimum loan amount is $15,000 and the maximum is $300,000.
