VETERANS’ PRIORITY OF SERVICE

Priority of Service is the right of a veteran or eligible spouse of a veteran to be given priority of services, as long as other provisions of the law are met.

Covered persons take precedence in obtaining services and shall receive access to services and resources earlier in time than non-covered persons. If services or resources are limited, the covered person receives access instead of or before the non-covered person. If you think you meet the definition of a veteran or an eligible spouse, please complete the Veterans' Priority of Service Information Form.
